ONLINE BOOKING - New in 2010: To offer online availability and booking, we are now using the Reservation Management system provided with our BBCanada web site. Use the "Bedrooms" tab on the Main Info page to display availability calendars for all our rooms, then select the "Book A Room" link to proceed to secure online booking.

We will try to respond to your request within 24 hours. Our Policies are given below.

Rates for 2010

• All rooms have ensuite bathrooms
• Rates above are for 2 people per room per night, including full breakfast. Single rate is $10 less.
• All rates are subject to applicable taxes (5% PST and 5% GST until June 30, 2010, then 13% HST from July 1, 2010 onward).
• Additional adults or children over 12 years old staying in same room, $30 per person (maximum 2)
• Children 12 and under staying in same room as adults, $20 per person (maximum 3)

* Seasons for 2010 (Dates refer to the nights of your stay):

• Off: Jan 3 to May 20, 2010 inclusive
• Regular: May 21 to Oct 10, 2010 inclusive, Christmas through New Year's, and Easter
• Off: Oct 11, 2009 to May 19, 2011 inclusive (excluding Christmas through New Year's and Easter)

Policies

• Check-in
  • from 3:00 pm (earlier by special arrangement)
  • When possible, we would appreciate it if you could notify us of your expected arrival time.

• Check-out
  • before 11:00 am (later by special arrangement)

• Deposit
  • First night for each room reserved; guaranteed with credit card

• Refunds
• Full deposit for cancellations more than two weeks prior to reservation
• Deposit less $25 administration fee for cancellations 14 to 2 days prior to reservation
• No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to reservation
  

• Pets
• We are not able to accommodate any pets.

• Week-end Reservations (Continuing in 2010)
  • For Friday and Saturday night reservations (and Sunday nights of Long Week-ends), guests must be 13 years of age or older. Applies in July and August only.
  • Groups renting all four guest rooms may bring younger children. Please phone to make arrangements.
